A-One Solutions is looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our new, cozy Mexican cafe in Meharchand Market, Lodhi Road, Delhi. If you have a knack for crafting amazing coffee and love providing top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:

You'll be the heart of our coffee bar, preparing a wide range of coffee and espresso-based drinks. We're seeking a creative and efficient individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience as a Barista.

• Education: Minimum educational qualification of 10+2. A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is a plus.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso machine operation, and latte art.

• Added Advantages: The ability to pair and recommend the appropriate coffee type to match with the food order or vice versa, and knowledge of alcohol-based coffees like the Bergeron (Mexican Coffee) and the Ulysses (Classic Irish Coffee) are significant advantages.

• Work Ethic: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Personality: Excellent communication and customer service skills with a positive attitude.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: INR 22,000 - INR 25,000 per month
