Key ResponsibilitiesBeverage Preparation: Craft premium espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and cold brews, perfectly executing milk steaming and latte art.Customer Service: Welcome guests, recommend menu items based on flavor profiles, and resolve inquiries with professionalism.Equipment Maintenance: Dial in the espresso grinder, calibrate brewing temperatures, and perform daily cleaning of machinery.Inventory & Hygiene: Monitor coffee bean and supply levels, ensuring strict compliance with health, food safety, and sanitation regulations.Point of Sale: Manage register transactions accurately during both quiet and peak hours.Requirements & QualificationsProven experience as a barista or in a premium specialty coffee environment.Deep knowledge of coffee bean origins, roasting profiles, and extraction techniques.Physical stamina to stand for long periods, work flexible shifts (including weekends), and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Professional certification (e.g., SCA or equivalent) and a degree in Hotel Management are strong advantages.
