Strong knowledge of cake baking, fillings, frostings, and flavor combinations
Expertise in sponge preparation, ganache, buttercream, and premium cake production
Ability to maintain consistency in taste, texture, and quality
Experience in a professional bakery, cake studio, or pastry kitchen
Passion for innovation and creating new flavors

Location: Golf Course Road, Gurugram
Experience: 3+ years preferred
