The Bakery Helper will assist the bakers in daily operations including preparation, baking, packaging, and cleaning activities. The role requires attention to detail, hygiene, and teamwork to ensure smooth production and high-quality bakery products.
Assist bakers in preparing ingredients (measuring, mixing, kneading, etc.).
Operate basic bakery equipment under supervision (oven, mixer, dough sheeter, etc.).
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery area.
Arrange and package finished bakery products for display or delivery.
Monitor baking times and temperatures as instructed.
Receive and store ingredients and supplies properly.
Help in inventory management and stock rotation.
Follow all food safety and quality standards.
Support in loading/unloading bakery supplies or finished goods when required.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Bakery Supervisor or Manager.
Minimum 10th pass or equivalent education.
Prior experience as a bakery helper, kitchen assistant, or food production worker preferred.
Basic knowledge of baking processes and ingredients.
Ability to follow instructions and maintain safety protocols.
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
Team player with good communication and hygiene practices.
Full-time / Shift-based work (including early mornings, weekends, or holidays if required).
