Key Responsibilities

Prepare and bake premium cakes, pastries, cookies, breads, and desserts.
Create fresh products daily while maintaining consistent taste and presentation.
Train junior kitchen staff and maintain production schedules.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in a bakery, patisserie, hotel, or confectionery.
Expertise in cakes, pastries, breads, and dessert preparation.
Knowledge of bakery equipment and baking techniques.
