Tinsstel Town is a vibrant multicuisine restaurant that blends tradition with modern flavors. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie – Bakery to join our dynamic culinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, and present a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts with consistency.

• Assist in menu planning and creation of new bakery items.

• Train and supervise junior staff (Commis/DCDP) in bakery operations.

• Maintain recipe standards, portion control, and manage wastage effectively.

• Ensure proper storage, stock rotation, and requisition of raw materials.

• Uphold high standards of hygiene, food safety, and sanitation in the bakery.

• Work closely with the Head Chef and Pastry Chef to innovate and elevate guest experience.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in bakery & pastry (restaurant/hotel/bakery setup).

• Strong knowledge of artisan breads, viennoiserie, cakes, desserts, and modern bakery trends.

• Diploma/Degree in Bakery & Pastry/Hotel Management preferred.

• Leadership skills with the ability to guide a team.

• Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for excellence.
