Prepare, bake, and decorate cakes, cupcakes, and pastries according to orders and seasonal menus.
Expertly handle cream icing, fondant work, and theme-based cake decoration.
Design and execute custom and designer cakes for birthdays, weddings, and events.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen and work area.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Manage ingredient inventory and report requirements in advance.
Work with the team to create new recipes and innovative cake designs.
Proven experience as a Cake Chef / Pastry Chef in a bakery or cake shop.
Strong skills in fondant and cream decoration.
Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and tools.
Creativity, precision, and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
