Role Overview:
The role involves visiting and conducting demonstrations of bakery and food ingredient products at customer locations, both independently and alongside the sales team, to drive sales growth. The candidate will support local sales and business development initiatives, while also planning and executing innovative product applications that help bakers adopt the company’s product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct product demonstrations and trials at customer sites.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business opportunities.
Support business development and local sales initiatives.
Develop and implement innovative product applications to enhance customer experience and conversion.
Coach, train, and assist sales staff in providing accurate product demonstrations and customizing baking processes.
Present cost-benefit analyses and competitive comparisons to customers.
Prepare daily activity reports and maintain data records.
Handle product troubleshooting and act as a key technical interface for customer queries.
Evaluate new products and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Knowledge, Experience & Education:
Background in bakery science, food technology, or related field preferred.
2–5 years of experience in bakery applications, product demonstrations, or technical sales.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams.
Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and demonstrations.
