Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are maintained at all times.
Manage inventory of baking ingredients and kitchen supplies.
Coordinate with kitchen staff and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstation.
Adhere to daily production schedules and maintain product consistency.
Proven experience as a Bakery Chef, Pastry Chef, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and decoration styles.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Attention to detail and artistic flair.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Culinary certification or relevant training in baking and pastry arts.
