Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook buns as per company recipes and quality standards.
Handle bun production, preparation, toasting and portioning.
Prepare fast-food items quickly and accurately as per orders.
Follow standard recipes, cooking procedures and portion sizes.
Ensure food quality, taste, presentation and consistency.
Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards.
Check and maintain stock of ingredients and packing/production materials.
Minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for timely order preparation.
Follow all company SOPs and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
Experience in QSR / Burger / Fast Food / Cloud Kitchen preferred.
Experience in bun production or fast-food preparation will be an advantage.
Freshers with a willingness to learn may also be considered.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good hygiene, grooming and teamwork.
Flexible to work in shifts.
