Monitor and order ingredients, supplies, and equipment for the bakery.

Decorate pastries and baked goods using various icings, toppings, and techniques to enhance their visual appeal.

Ensure the consistency and quality of all baked goods, maintaining high standards of taste and presentation.

Train, supervise, and guide junior chefs and other bakery staff, ensuring efficient workflow.

Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean and compliant kitchen environment.

Collaborate with the head chef and other kitchen staff to ensure desserts complement main courses and align with the restaurant's concept.

Contribute to menu planning and development, suggesting new items and seasonal offerings.

Maintain records, manage budgets, and potentially assist with inventory management and ordering.
