The Commi Chef at WildDunes Eco-Stay will support daily kitchen operations by assisting in food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring consistent quality in all dishes. The role requires a passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients and an understanding of sustainable cooking practices aligned with the eco-stay philosophy.
● Basic culinary training or 1–2 years of kitchen experience
● Knowledge of Indian cuisine (Odia cuisine is a plus)
● Understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
