Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef / Cook in daily kitchen operations
Prepare ingredients (cutting, chopping, marination, cleaning)
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen area
Ensure proper storage of food items as per safety standards
Support in cooking Indian / Tandoor / Chinese dishes (as required)
Follow instructions and recipes accurately
Help in stock checking and kitchen inventory
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Indian cuisine
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with positive attitude
Understanding of food safety & hygiene
Flexible to work in shifts
