Location: Andheri West (Central Kitchen) 58/ D-6 Dharti Chs Ltd Four Bungalows Mhada Andheri West

Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000 + OT, incentives, accommodation, food

Shift: 10 hrs. within 11:30 am–9:30 pm ops (weekly off)

What you’ll do: Handi biryani (layering/seal), gravies finish, kebab station, HACCP/FSSAI hygiene, portioning, dispatch QC.

We’re looking for: 5-7 yrs exp as Commis 1; speed + consistency; basic recipe sheets; stock & FIFO discipline.

Perks: Staff meals, uniform, growth track to CDP, festival bonuses, ESIC/EPF as per law.
