Job Title: Content Creator (Agriculture Segment)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and field-oriented Content Creator to develop engaging content by closely working with farmers and promoting our agricultural products. The role involves generating on-ground content through field visits and transforming it into impactful digital stories to be published across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular farmer visits in the field/villages to capture real-life usage of our products.

• Provide product demonstrations to farmers and document the process.

• Collect and record video/testimonial feedback from farmers.

• Create engaging content (video, photo, written) on topics provided by the company.

• Shoot and edit videos highlighting product benefits, testimonials, demos, and success stories.

• Publish and manage content across all social media channels (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

• Coordinate with the marketing team to maintain a content calendar and plan campaigns.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and adapt content accordingly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree Agriculture, or related field.

• Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in content creation / social media / video production.

• Comfortable with travelling to rural areas and meeting farmers.

• Strong skills in video shooting, editing, storytelling and basic designing.

• Knowledge of social media platform algorithms and best practices.

• Ability to communicate in local language + Hindi/Marathi

Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
