What You’ll Do

• Design engaging posts, Reels/Shorts, and YouTube thumbnails

• Plan monthly content calendars and schedule posts

• Run simple paid campaigns (boosted posts, basic Meta/YouTube ads)

• Use AI tools (Canva AI, Firefly, ChatGPT, CapCut AI, etc.) to speed up ideation and execution

• Track performance metrics and share weekly insights

• Full-time on-site role at our Belagavi office

You Should Have

• 1–3 years of experience creating social media graphics and short-form videos

• A strong portfolio (IG/FB creatives, Reels/Shorts, YouTube thumbnails)

• Hands-on expertise with Canva, Figma, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools

• Experience using AI tools for design, captions, or scripts

• A strong sense of visual storytelling (color, layout, typography)
