Job Description

We are seeking a creative, confident, and dynamic Female Social Media Manager to manage end-to-end social media activities for our international (UAE-based) clients. The ideal candidate should have strong content creation skills, excellent communication abilities, and the confidence to represent brands both behind and in front of the camera.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality reels, videos, and in-house creative content for social media platforms
Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand strategies
Develop innovative social media campaigns to increase engagement and brand visibility
Communicate directly with UAE-based clients for content approvals and strategy discussions
Lead shoots and coordinate with the creative team for smooth execution
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates
Monitor performance metrics and optimize content strategies accordingly

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation
Strong on-camera presence and confidence
Creative mindset with strong trend awareness
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines efficiently
Strong content portfolio showcasing reels, videos, and campaign work (Mandatory)
Willingness to work on-site in Indore
