ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a creative and highly energetic Social Media Content Producer to help build one of the most engaging university brands on social media.
The role is ideal for someone who loves Instagram, YouTube Shorts, AI tools, storytelling, content creation, and student culture. You will work closely with the Media Manager, Videographer, and Graphic Designer to plan and execute content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Planning
• Plan monthly social media content calendars
• Develop content ideas for student life, placements, faculty, events, and admissions
• Research social media trends and viral formats
• Generate fresh content concepts every week
Script & Concept Development
• Create content briefs for videos
• Write engaging hooks and opening lines
• Prepare interview questions
• Develop reel concepts and storytelling formats
• Create content ideas with viral potential

Production Coordination

• Coordinate with videographers for content shoots

• Coordinate with graphic designers for creative assets

• Schedule student and faculty interviews

• Ensure timely execution of content production

Social Media Management

• Prepare captions and hashtags

• Assist in publishing content

• Monitor engagement and content performance

• Track views, reach, and follower growth

AI Content Creation

• Use ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools

• Generate content ideas and captions

• Research trends using AI

• Improve content productivity through AI-assisted workflows
