Job Opening: Instagram Content Creator & Reels Specialist (Clothing Brand)

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator to lead our Instagram presence for our new apparel brand!

If you live and breathe Instagram Reels, understand fashion/clothing trends, and know how to hook an audience organically, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot & Edit: Create high-quality, engaging videos, reels, and stories showcasing our clothing line.

• Trend Execution: Jump on trending audios, transitions, and style challenges relevant to fashion and streetwear.

• Community Growth: Strategize and execute organic growth tactics to build an active, engaged follower base from scratch.

• End-to-End Ownership: Handle ideation, styling, shooting, editing, and basic caption/hashtag optimization.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in creating viral or high-performing Instagram Reels (fashion/lifestyle niche preferred).

• Strong command of smartphone videography, lighting, and mobile editing apps

• A keen eye for aesthetics, styling, and youth fashion trends.

• Self-starter attitude—ability to work independently and bring fresh creative ideas to the table.

Compensation & Structure:

• Duration: 1 to 2 months probation period.

• Base Stipend (Month 1): ₹5,000 fixed.

• Performance Incentives: Earn per-follower milestones/incentives based on direct growth and engagement results achieved during the month.

• Long-Term Opportunity: Successful completion of the probation period leads to a permanent role with an increased salary and expanded responsibilities.

• It is a Both Content Writer job for candidates with 0 - 4 years of experience.
