Social Media Content Writer

Autosys Indore is looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Content Writer who can develop engaging, informative, and conversion-focused content for our digital platforms. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, audience psychology, brand communication, and short-form content.

Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

• Create captions, post copy, carousel content, reel scripts, hooks, and video concepts.

• Develop creative scripts for short-form videos, advertisements, promotional campaigns, and brand awareness content.

• Research current social media trends and convert them into relevant content ideas for the brand.

• Create content calendars and plan content according to marketing campaigns and business objectives.

• Write SEO-friendly website content, blogs, product/service descriptions, and marketing copy when required.

• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, marketing, and sales teams for content execution.

• Maintain consistent brand tone and communication across all platforms.

• Monitor competitor content and identify new content opportunities.

• Improve engagement, reach, lead generation, and overall social media presence through effective content.

• Proofread and edit content before publication.

• Generate fresh content ideas regularly rather than relying only on templates or AI-generated content.

Required Skills

Strong English and Hindi writing skills are required, along with excellent grammar, storytelling, copywriting, social media content creation, reel scripting, creative thinking, research, and understanding of current digital trends.

Candidates should have practical knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and content marketing. Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing will be preferred.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate or above.

• 2 to 5 years of relevant content writing or social media content experience.

• Strong portfolio or previous work samples are required.

• Ability to write both professional B2B content and engaging B2C social media content.

• Ability to independently research topics and develop original content.

• Candidates with experience in solar, renewable energy, technology, manufacturing, or similar industries will be preferred.

• Candidates should be comfortable working from the Indore office.

• It is a Full Time Content Writer job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
