Job Summary:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong understanding

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for domain-related queries, process clarifications, and training.
• Provide in-depth knowledge and guidance to team members to ensure process accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with the training and operations teams to design and deliver knowledge sessions.
• Review processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client requirements.
• Support new project transitions by sharing subject expertise and assisting with documentation.
• Conduct quality checks and audits to maintain high service delivery standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (MBA preferred for business roles).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an SME or in a specialized domain role.
• Strong knowledge of [insert domain – e.g., recruitment processes, insurance products, HR operations, etc.].
• Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
