Key Responsibilities:
Handle and resolve complex customer queries and escalations as an SME.
Provide support on RBI complaints, NCH grievances, chargebacks, and payment disputes.
Manage critical escalations, including CEO-level and social media cases.
Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations teams for effective resolution.
Ensure accurate documentation, timely case closure, and adherence to defined SLAs.
Required Skills:
2+ years of relevant experience in Fintech / Banking / Payments
Strong communication, analytical & stakeholder management skills
Ability to handle sensitive and high-priority cases effectively
