About the Job:

We are conducting a project aimed at training ITI instructions and students in Green Skills relevant to Electrical and Mechanical trades. The objective is to integrate sustainability, energy efficiency, eco-friendly practices, and green technologies into vocational training at the grassroots level.

Key Responsibility:

• Design and deliver training modules focused on Green Skills for Electrical and Mechanical trade applications.

• Conduct Training of Trainers for ITI instructors and engage students in practical learning.

• Assist in integrating green concepts into the existing ITI curriculum aligned with NSQF/NCVT standards.

• Facilitate hands-on sessions, workshops and demonstrations on green practices and tools.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in skill development, vocational training or technical education.

• Experience working with ITIs, Government skill project.
