Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice
• Write copy for performance marketing creatives, app onboarding, WhatsApp journeys, loyalty programs,
referral flows, CRM campaigns, and more
• Craft script narratives for short-form videos, explainers, and vernacular storytelling (with support from
translators and editors)
• Own messaging for major GTM launches (e.g., QR Payments, Cashback Programs, Bill Pay) with regional
relevance and simplicity
• Partner with product and design teams to write UX copy, in-app banners, and call-to-actions
• Maintain a copy library with reusable templates, hooks, and messaging variants by platform
• Supervise junior writers, agencies, or freelancers (where applicable), and provide feedback
• Collaborate with Sr. Creative Manager, Video team, Growth, and CRM stakeholders for campaign flow alignment
Skills & Capabilities Required:
• 5–7 years of experience writing for digital-first platforms, with experience across performance, CRM, social
media, and product copy
• Fluency in English and Hindi; additional comfort with other Indian languages (via team coordination) is a
bonus
• Strong portfolio across digital campaigns, app copy, and video scripting (preferably with a Tier 2/3 consumer
lens)
• Clarity in writing—able to simplify complex fintech products without dumbing them down
