Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Writer Executive with a strong background in scriptwriting, content research, and SEO optimization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating compelling, informative, and engaging content tailored for our blog, social media, marketing campaigns, and video scripts—preferably with experience in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Write, edit, and proofread high-quality blog posts, website content, emailers, and social media copy.

·       Develop engaging video and promotional scripts for marketing purposes.

·       Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics, especially in real estate, to ensure content accuracy and value.

·       Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve content visibility and ranking.

·       Collaborate with design, digital marketing, and sales teams to align content with business goals.

·       Optimize existing content to enhance performance based on SEO tools and analytics.

·       Stay updated on real estate market trends, digital content strategies, and emerging SEO techniques.

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

·       Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role (minimum 1–3 years preferred).

·       Strong knowledge of scriptwriting, content research, and digital content strategy.

·       Hands-on experience with on-page and off-page SEO.

·       Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

·       Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress preferred).

·       Prior experience in the real estate sector is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Ability to adapt tone and style based on audience and platform.

·       Knowledge of keyword research tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner.

·       Experience in writing for property listings, brochures, and client proposals is a plus.
