Working Details

• Working Days: 6 Days (Wednesday to Monday)

• Weekly Off: Tuesday

• Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Write SEO-optimized real estate content for websites, blogs, landing pages, and property listings

• Create engaging content for residential & commercial projects, including project descriptions, location advantages, and amenities

• Develop content for real estate blogs, market trends, investment guides, and buyer-focused articles

• Collaborate with the SEO and marketing team to improve organic traffic and lead generation

• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices

• Ensure content is grammatically correct, plagiarism-free, and brand-aligned

• Update and optimize existing content to improve rankings and performance

• Assist with social media captions, email content, and ad copies related to real estate projects

• Maintain content consistency across platforms

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong command of English writing, grammar, and vocabulary

• Hands-on experience in real estate content writing

• Good understanding of SEO fundamentals (keywords, meta tags, internal linking)

• Ability to write persuasive and conversion-focused content

• Research skills with attention to detail

• Familiarity with WordPress, Google Docs, and SEO tools (basic level)

• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience working with real estate developers, brokers, or property portals

• Understanding of local real estate markets and buyer intent
