Content Writer

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and write Tender, RFP, EOI, Proposal, and Bid-related content.

• Prepare professional technical and project-related documentation.

• Draft and edit company profiles, project profiles, proposals, presentations, reports, and official documents.

• Write regular content for websites, social media, brochures, presentations, and other organizational requirements.

• Research and collect relevant information required for tenders and project documentation.

• Understand tender requirements and prepare content according to the given specifications.

• Review, edit, proofread, and format documents before submission.

• Coordinate with the Project, HR, Business Development, and Management teams to collect required information.

• Maintain proper records of tender documents, proposals, and other content-related files.

• Prepare both soft-copy and hard-copy documentation whenever required.

• Ensure documents are professionally formatted and submitted within deadlines.

• Maintain confidentiality of company and project-related information.

• Handle multiple assignments and prioritize work according to deadlines.

Required Skills

• Strong written and verbal English communication.

• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills.

• Good understanding of Mass Communication / Journalism / Corporate Communication.

• Practical knowledge of Tender & Proposal Writing will be preferred.

• Strong command of MS Word and document formatting.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to prepare professional reports, proposals, and presentations.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to understand technical/project information and convert it into clear professional content.

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple documents simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate

• Mass Communication graduate/postgraduate preferred.

• Candidates with experience in Tender Writing, Proposal Writing, Government Projects, Consultancy, Education, Skill Development, or Project Documentation will be preferred.

• Candidates who have handled both Tender Content and Normal Corporate Content will be highly preferred.

• It is a Full Time Content Writer job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
