Content Writer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Content Writer to join us on a monthly contract basis. The ideal candidate should have strong writing and research skills, be comfortable working independently, and consistently deliver high-quality, original content within agreed deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create 30–40 content deliverables per month, based on the assigned content calendar and requirements.

• Write clear, engaging, informative, and original content for websites, blogs, articles, landing pages, social media, and other digital platforms as required.

• Research topics thoroughly and ensure factual accuracy.

• Follow provided brand guidelines, tone of voice, formatting, and content briefs.

• Apply basic SEO best practices, including keyword placement, headings, meta descriptions, readability, and internal linking where applicable.

• Proofread and edit content before submission.

• Incorporate feedback and make revisions within the agreed timelines.

• Maintain consistency in quality, tone, grammar, and formatting across all content.

• Coordinate with the content/marketing team through online communication and project-management tools.

Monthly Deliverables

The expected monthly workload will be approximately 30–40 content pieces, depending on the type, length, and complexity of the assignment.

Deliverables may include:

• Blog posts and articles

• Website content

• SEO content

• Product/service descriptions

• Landing-page copy

• Social media content

• Marketing copy

• Other written content as assigned

The exact content mix and deadlines will be communicated through the monthly content plan.

Requirements

• Excellent written English with strong grammar and proofreading skills.

• Demonstrated content-writing experience.

• Strong research and fact-checking abilities.

• Basic understanding of SEO and digital content.

• Ability to follow briefs and meet deadlines consistently.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Good communication and responsiveness.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted writing tools is a plus, but all submitted content must be original, accurate, and properly edited.

• Candidates with a portfolio of published work will be preferred.
