Content Writer

RSA Herbals is a fast-growing herbal and nutraceutical brand, dedicated to offering natural health solutions. We are looking for a dynamic female representative who is creative, confident, and passionate about health & wellness to join our team as a Content Creator & Social Media Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:

  • Plan, script, and create engaging short-form and long-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok-style, etc.).

  • Be the face of the brand in videos, product promotions, and tutorials.

  • Write captions, blogs, and creative content aligned with the brand’s tone.

• Social Media Management:

  • Handle day-to-day management of all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Grow followers, engagement, and reach through consistent posting and creative campaigns.

  • Run and monitor ad campaigns to maximize brand visibility.

• Brand Representation:

  • Present herbal products confidently on-camera with product demos and reviews.

  • Interact with the online audience through live sessions, Q&A, and comments.

  • Maintain a professional, approachable, and wellness-oriented image for the brand.

• Analytics & Strategy:

  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).

  • Suggest new trends, content ideas, and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Female candidate with confident on-camera presence.

• Strong communication skills in Hindi & English.

• Experience in content creation, social media handling, and video editing.

• Basic knowledge of trending reels, hashtags, and digital marketing.

• Passionate about health, wellness, fitness, or herbal products.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
