Key Responsibilities:
· Research & Create platform-first content across digital channels.
· Create engaging & informative content for B2B communities -Brands, Founders, CXOs others.
· Maintain content calendars, campaigns and platform-specific communication.
· Collaborate with designers/editors for visual content execution.
· Plan & execute shoots for reels and internal community content as and when required.
· Research trends, identify relevant creators and track content performance.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
· 3–4 years of experience in Social Media Management, preferably in B2B marketing or the event management industry.
· Proven experience managing content across multiple social media platforms along with portfolio.
· Strong storytelling skills and understanding of audience behaviour.
· Familiarity with AI and modern content tools.
· In-office presence required.
· MS-Office, Canva/photoshop, AI (preferred)
