About the Role

As a Creative Copywriter, you will work closely with the marketing and performance marketing teams to develop communication for our real estate projects across digital platforms.

You should be comfortable writing everything from a 5-word ad headline to a 60-second video script, while maintaining a natural, persuasive and brand-appropriate tone.

The ideal candidate is someone who is curious about people, understands how advertising works, and can communicate a strong idea in very few words.

Key Responsibilities

• Write attention-grabbing headlines, hooks, primary text, CTAs and short-form ad copy.

• Create UGC, video and reel scripts that sound natural and conversational rather than scripted or promotional.

• Develop copy for WhatsApp campaigns, EDMs, brochures, landing pages and other marketing collaterals.

• Write SEO-friendly blogs and website content while maintaining readability and natural keyword usage.

• Work closely with the performance marketing, design and sales teams to understand campaign objectives and communication requirements.

• Edit and proofread content for grammar, punctuation, clarity, tone and flow.

• Review and improve existing marketing and website copy based on campaign performance and feedback.

• Stay updated with advertising, copywriting, social media, SEO and digital marketing trends.

What We're Looking For

• Good command of English grammar, vocabulary and sentence structure.

• Strong creative writing and copywriting skills.

• Understanding of how a hook, headline, benefit, proof point and CTA work together.

• Ability to write in a human, conversational tone, especially for video and UGC content.

• Basic-to-good understanding of SEO and search intent.

• Strong research and proofreading abilities.

• Ability to understand a target audience and adapt communication accordingly.

• Strong attention to detail and ownership of deadlines.

Salary will be decided based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and performance during the interview.
