Key Responsibilities
Research, draft, and maintain clear and comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various business functions.
Develop and update process documentation, workflow guides, instructional manuals, and policy documents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and translate complex processes into simple, structured written content.
Ensure all documentation adheres to organizational standards for formatting, tone, and accuracy.
Maintain a centralized knowledge base and documentation library for easy reference and retrieval.
Review and proofread existing documentation to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or outdated information and revise accordingly.
Assist in creating compliance documentation and quality assurance materials.
Map out workflows and processes visually and in writing to support process improvement initiatives.
Manage version control and document lifecycle for all internal documentation assets.
Coordinate with team leads and department heads to ensure documentation reflects current and accurate processes.
