About the Role
We're a content and digital marketing team working with B2B clients across industrial, tech, facility management, and aviation sectors. We're looking for someone who can do both: own client relationships and contribute to content.
You'll be the bridge between clients and the creative team, while also writing LinkedIn posts, social media copy, and brand content across accounts. If you're organised, a confident communicator, and comfortable switching between a client call and a content brief, this role is built for you.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients: calls, emails, and in-person interactions
• Understand client briefs thoroughly and translate them into clear inputs for the content and design team
• Review deliverables before they go to the client: check for brief adherence, tone, and quality
• Follow up internally and externally to ensure timely delivery across all accounts
• Maintain content calendars, trackers, and approval records across accounts
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and consistent updates
• Write LinkedIn posts, social media content, and brand copy for B2B clients
• Collaborate with the design team to align copy with visuals
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in client servicing, content writing, or a combined agency role
• Strong written and spoken communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing
• Organised, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Confident on client calls and comfortable presenting work when needed
• Open to feedback and quick to adapt
