In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and engaging technical content that simplifies complex concepts for diverse audiences.

You will play a key role in developing product documentation, user manuals, API references, and technical guides that enhance user understanding and experience. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and relevance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality technical content for web, print, and social media platforms.
  

• Create detailed user manuals, product documentation, API references, and technical guides.
  

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to gather and validate technical information.
  

• Edit, proofread, and enhance existing content to improve clarity, usability, and accuracy.
  

• Ensure all content remains up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with product changes.
  

• Conduct research to stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in technical writing.
  

• Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
  

• Design or support the creation of diagrams, infographics, and visual aids to explain complex concepts effectively.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  

• Proven experience as a Technical Content Writer / Technical Writer or in a similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  

• Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate them into user-friendly content.
  

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
  

• Proficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe FrameMaker, Markdown, or similar platforms.
  

• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
