Content Writer

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and articulate individual to join our team as a Client Communication & Content Executive. In this role, you will interact with our clients to understand the challenges they faced before using our solution and how our application helped resolve them. Based on these interactions, you will prepare clear, professional content to support internal documentation, client reporting, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate directly with clients via phone, email, or meetings

• Understand and document the key issues clients faced prior to using our application

• Gather detailed feedback on how our product addressed those challenges

• Write professional summaries, internal reports, and client-use content

• Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions and insights

• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment

• Contribute to improving client communication processes and templates

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in client communication, content writing, customer success, or related roles

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English

• Ability to extract useful insights through conversations and structure them clearly in written form

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency with tools such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, MS Office, and email communication.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, Journalism, or a related field.

• Professional, responsible, and empathetic in client interactions.

• Willing and ready to travel as required.
