Content Writer & Editor

We are looking for a Content Creator to join our team at Onkaara Occult Zone to create engaging and informative content for websites, blogs and social media platforms. This position comes with an in-hand salary of ₹8000 - ₹12000 and a chance to contribute to a creative and collaborative content team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write creative and grammatically correct content to promote product & services

• Research topics to create original/unique content

• Create blog posts, web pages, product descriptions, etc.

• Work with SEO and marketing teams to align content

• Edit and proofread content for accuracy

Plan, create, and publish engaging content for social media, blogs, websites, newsletters, and other digital platforms.

• Develop creative scripts, captions, and visual ideas to boost brand visibility and engagement.

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content aligns with campaigns and business goals.

• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and new tools to bring fresh ideas into content strategies.

• Repurpose long-form content into short, impactful formats (videos, reels, infographics, carousels, etc.).

• Analyze content performance using analytics tools and optimize for better reach and engagement.

• Ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all channels.

• Manage deadlines efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

  
  Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 1 - 5 years of experience. Strong writing skills, communication skills, grammar knowledge, and creative thinking are essential.
 

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

3–5 years of proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or in a similar role.

Strong portfolio showcasing content across digital platforms (social, blogs, campaigns, videos, etc.).

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

Proficiency in content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.) and social media platforms.

Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.

Familiarity with graphic design/video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.) is a plus.

Creative thinker with strong time management and organizational skills.
