Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Edit and refine a 250-page fiction manuscript.
2. Ensure smooth sentence flow, clear grammar, and consistent tone.
3. Enhance emotional impact without changing the original voice.
4. Coordinate with the author and share regular progress updates.
