Job Description

Content Strategist & Copy Specialist

Role Purpose:

To transform keyword research, audience insights, and campaign objectives into high-impact blog posts, conversion-focused landing pages, and engaging video scripts that strengthen brand authority and drive measurable results.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Development

  • Write well-researched, SEO-optimized blog articles aligned with defined keyword clusters.

  • Develop persuasive landing page copy focused on lead generation and conversions.

  • Create structured YouTube scripts with strong hooks, storytelling flow, and clear calls-to-action.

  • Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and brand positioning across all platforms.

2. SEO Content Optimization

  • Implement proper heading hierarchy (H1–H6), keyword placement, and semantic structuring.

  • Optimize meta titles, descriptions, internal links, and anchor text.

  • Ensure readability, engagement, and search intent alignment.

  • Coordinate with SEO teams to refine content based on ranking data.

3. Content Repurposing & Distribution

  • Convert blogs into social media posts, email newsletters, short-form captions, and ad copies.

  • Repurpose long-form content into YouTube shorts, reels, and carousel formats.

  • Transform video scripts into blog summaries and vice versa.

  • Maintain a centralized content library for cross-platform reuse.

4. Research Integration

  • Translate keyword research and competitor analysis into actionable content outlines.

  • Develop content pillars and subtopics based on audience pain points.

  • Incorporate trending topics and seasonal opportunities into content planning.

5. Performance Improvement

  • Monitor engagement metrics (CTR, watch time, bounce rate).

  • Refine content structure based on analytics insights.

  • Update older content to improve rankings and freshness signals.


Skill Requirements:

  • Strong written communication skills in English and Hindi.

  • Ability to draft and refine content using AI tools efficiently.

  • Clear understanding of SEO formatting and on-page optimization principles.

  • Basic understanding of conversion psychology and persuasive writing.

  • Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress preferred).

  • Strong research capability and attention to detail.
