Content Writer & Editor

Key Responsibilities:

Writing and editing engaging Marathi content for podcasts, YouTube videos, and social media

Crafting scripts for intros, outros, and story narration for audio-visual formats

Creating SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and tags for Marathi YouTube uploads

Writing captions for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and blog-style writeups

Adapting content based on episode themes, audience tone, and platform needs

Key Requirements:

Language Proficiency

Excellent command over Marathi (native-level grammar, vocabulary, and tone)

Basic understanding of English for references or dual-language scripting

Content Understanding

Familiarity with Marathi culture, literature (e.g., Shyamchi Aai), and socio-political landscape

Passion for storytelling, podcast narration, and voice-over scriptwriting

Experience 

1–2 years in content writing, journalism, podcast scripting, or YouTube scripting

Prior experience with Marathi digital media, blogs, radio, or podcasting is a plus

Writing Style

Ability to write emotional, satirical, inspirational, and thought-provoking content

Skilled at switching tones as per content need and audience
