Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.

• Create engaging content for blogs, articles, social media, website, email campaigns, videos, and product descriptions.

• Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to plan and develop site content, style, and layout.

• Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies).

• Edit and proofread content before publication.

• Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style and optimized for search engines (SEO).

• Monitor content performance and audience engagement using analytics tools.

• Stay updated with content trends, tools, and best practices.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English and Hindi.

• Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword placement.

• Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design/editing tools is a plus.

• Ability to generate creative ideas and take initiative.

• Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
