Content Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

✍️ Marketing & Promotional Content:

Write engaging content for social media posts, captions, and campaigns for both brands.

Create product descriptions and catalog copy for e-commerce listings.

Develop creative and informative blogs/articles on topics like paper industry trends, creative paper uses, educational innovation, and stationery ideas.

✍️ Draft email campaigns, WhatsApp marketing content, and event/exhibition materials.

Write scripts for product videos, explainer reels, and creative campaigns.

✍️ Brand Storytelling:

Craft brand stories and about us pages that capture the unique identity of each brand.

Ensure tone consistency — professional & premium for Vrinda Papers, and fun & educational for Hashtag Education.

✍️ Educational Content (for Hashtag Education):

Write informative educational content, worksheets, and creative educational activities.

Research and develop content ideas that appeal to students, teachers, and parents.

✍️ SEO & Digital Focus:

Research and use keywords effectively to optimize content for search engines.

Stay updated with content trends in the paper industry, education sector, and stationery markets.

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field.

✅ 2-4 years of experience in content writing, preferably in paper, stationery, education, or creative industries.

✅ Exceptional writing and editing skills in English (bonus if fluent in Hindi as well).

✅ Ability to research independently and write original, creative, and brand-relevant content.

✅ Familiarity with SEO writing techniques.

✅ Understanding of the paper and education markets is a plus.
