Job Overview

We are looking for a Marketing & Content Specialist who understands that content is not just what you write. It is how a brand thinks out loud. This role is for someone who has moved past the basics: past writing for the sake of writing, past posting for the sake of posting. You know that a caption, a blog post, or a campaign email each carries a specific job to do, and you know how to make it do that job.

You approach content with both creative instinct and analytical discipline. You understand the relationship between messaging, audience intent, and business outcome. You do not need to be told what good looks like. You already have a standard, and it is high.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the content strategy end-to-end, from identifying audience gaps and narrative angles to distributing content across the right channels at the right time.

• Write, edit, and manage content across platforms including social media, website, blog, and email, with a clear understanding that each channel demands its own voice, format, and purpose.

• Generate original content ideas grounded in audience insight, market trends, and brand positioning. Bring a point of view to the table, not just a willingness to execute.

• Build and maintain a content calendar that functions as a strategic map, one that reflects business priorities, seasonal relevance, and audience behavior rather than just a schedule.

• Craft marketing copy, whether a product description, a campaign headline, or a long-form article, that earns attention rather than demands it.

• Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual and written communication are aligned, not merely co-existing.

• Track and interpret campaign performance data, draw meaningful conclusions, and course-correct with intention rather than guesswork.

• Stay close to market trends, audience shifts, and competitor activity, and translate that awareness into actionable content decisions.

• Maintain brand voice and consistency across every touchpoint, even when content is being produced at volume or across multiple formats.

Required Skills

• Demonstrated command of content writing and copywriting across formats, tones, and objectives, with work that has performed, not just been published.

• The ability to originate ideas, not just execute them. You should know what to write about before being told, and be able to defend that instinct with logic.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing as an ecosystem and how SEO, social, email, and content marketing interact and reinforce each other when executed with intent.

• Working knowledge of SEO principles and keyword strategy, applied as an input to smarter content decisions rather than a box-ticking exercise.

• Ability to read analytics, identify what is and is not working, and communicate those findings clearly in reports or cross-functional discussions.

• Experience managing a content calendar across multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and content types without losing consistency or quality.

• Exceptional attention to detail in language. Grammar, tone, clarity, and brand alignment are non-negotiable.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Familiarity with AI-powered content and marketing tools is an advantage, provided they are used as accelerators and not substitutes for craft.

• It is a Full Time Content Writer job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
