Job Title: Content Creator – Reels & Social Media

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator who can independently plan, shoot and edit engaging short-form video content, especially Instagram Reels.

The ideal candidate should understand current social media trends, know how to present products creatively on camera, and be capable of turning simple ideas into engaging, high-quality videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and create engaging Instagram Reels, short videos and social media content

• Shoot videos using smartphones and/or cameras

• Edit Reels with strong pacing, transitions, music, subtitles and effects

• Develop creative Reel concepts based on products, trends, festivals and campaigns

• Follow trending audio, formats, memes and social media content styles

• Write basic scripts, hooks and captions for videos

• Coordinate with the marketing and design team for campaigns

• Shoot product videos, showroom content, lifestyle content and behind-the-scenes content

• Create both trend-based and original branded content

• Maintain consistency in brand look, tone and visual quality

• Manage multiple content shoots and meet publishing deadlines

• Suggest new ideas to improve social media engagement and reach

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video content

• Good video shooting and framing skills

• Strong Reel/video editing skills

• Knowledge of tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, After Effects or similar

• Understanding of transitions, storytelling, hooks and retention

• Awareness of current Instagram trends and popular content formats

• Basic understanding of lighting, composition and audio

• Ability to generate creative ideas quickly

• Comfortable working with products, models and team members during shoots

Preferred Experience

Experience: 1–3 years in social media content creation, video production or Reel creation.

Candidates with experience creating content for automotive, EV, lifestyle, fashion, electronics or consumer brands will be preferred.

What We Are Looking For

We want someone who is not only an editor, but a hands-on content creator who can think of an idea, shoot it and convert it into a Reel that people actually want to watch.

Portfolio / Instagram Reel samples are mandatory while applying.
