We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy Content Creator & Social Media Manager to take our brand’s digital presence to the next level. This is a hybrid role that combines hands-on video production, trendy editing, and active community management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Production & Editing
• Shoot: Record high-quality raw footage of products using a smartphone or camera.
• Edit: Transform raw footage into engaging Social Media Reels and TikToks.
• Tools: Expertise in Canva, Instagram’s native editor, or CapCut.
• Audio: Select trending tracks and ensure crisp audio quality/syncing.
2. Social Media Management
• Engagement: Monitor all comments and DMs across platforms.
• Customer Service: Directly answer basic inquiries or assign complex leads to the relevant team member.
• Growth: Stay updated on platform algorithms to ensure maximum reach.
3. Strategy & AI Integration
• Hooks: Implement "scroll-stopping" hooks (visual and verbal) in the first 3 seconds of every video.
• AI Tools: Use AI tools for high-conversion thumbnail creation and caption writing.
• Trends: Identify trending audios and challenges before they peak.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Visual Eye: Ability to stage products attractively for video.
• Communication: Excellent written skills for replying to customers with the right brand voice.
• Tech-Forward: Familiarity with AI design tools (like Midjourney, Canva Magic Studio, or similar).
• Basic Marketing: Knowledge of what makes a video go viral vs. what makes a video sell.
