Content Manager

We are hiring a YouTube Content Planner + Manager who can handle both content planning and production management for our business & finance focused YouTube channels.

This is a hybrid role involving topic research, content planning, and end-to-end video production coordination.

This is NOT a basic social media posting role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Planning & Topic Research

• Research high-potential video topics

• Identify unique content angles

• Plan weekly content calendar

• Analyze competitor videos and trends

• Suggest content ideas aligned with channel positioning

2. Script Production Coordination

• Prepare research briefs for writers

• Assign topics to writers

• Ensure script quality & structure

• Manage script deadlines

• Coordinate revisions

3. End-to-End Content Workflow Management

• Manage full production pipeline (idea → script → shoot → edit → upload)

• Coordinate with editors and designers

• Track progress and ensure timely delivery

4. Thumbnail & Packaging Direction

• Coordinate with thumbnail designer

• Suggest title and packaging ideas

• Ensure high CTR content presentation

5. Publishing & Content Management

• Manage video upload process

• Optimize titles, descriptions, tags

• Maintain content calendar

• Ensure publishing schedule consistency

6. Team Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with freelancers and internal team

• Provide regular progress updates

• Identify workflow issues and suggest improvements

Required Skills

• Strong internet research ability

• Understanding of YouTube content ecosystem

• Content structuring and storytelling sense

• Project management and coordination skills

• Excellent communication ability

• Organized and deadline-focused mindset

• Interest in business/startup/finance topics

Preferred Experience (Bonus)

• Experience working with YouTube creators

• Script writing or content research experience

• Knowledge of business or finance domain
