Content Manager

Qualifications:

• Postgraduate,  Degree in Financial Planning / Wealth Management / Finance will be preferred.

• Professional Certifications preferred:

  • Chartered Wealth Manager (CWM®)

  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP®)

  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®)

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Candidates with prior experience in developing academic content, study material, books, presentations, or examination question banks

• Candidates from financial services, edtech, or certification/training domains will be preferred

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled finance professional with a strong foundation in personal finance, financial planning, and wealth management. The ideal candidate should be a clear communicator, a strong content writer, and passionate about contributing to professional certification programs. Experience in estate planning, training, or curriculum development will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

General:

• Assist in executing the Knowledge Management strategy

• Track and analyze developments in Indian and global financial planning practices

Specific:

• Identify and curate reliable, up-to-date content relevant to wealth and personal finance professionals

• Write, edit, and update technical notes, whitepapers, practice guides, training presentations, and examination material

• Engage with practitioners to understand knowledge needs and align content accordingly

• Maintain and enhance the internal knowledge database and certification content

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent content writing, editing, and instructional design abilities

• Sound understanding of financial planning, estate planning, insurance, retirement, and investment strategies

• Strong analytical mindset and research capabilities

• High attention to detail and ability to translate technical information into learner-friendly formats

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Strong verbal and written communication in simple and effective English

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
