Job Role:
NAVO is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented candidate for the role of Supplier Liaison & App Maintenance Executive. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with vendors to collect updated product information and maintaining accurate product details on the company’s application.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with suppliers and vendors through phone calls and emails to collect updated product information, pricing, and availability.
Build and maintain good relationships with vendors for smooth coordination.
Upload and update product images, descriptions, and specifications on the app’s management dashboard.
Ensure all product data on the application is accurate, complete, and regularly updated.
Coordinate with internal teams for product listing and updates when required.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital dashboards.
Attention to detail and ability to manage product information accurately.
Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
