Content Creator and Social Media Handler

We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator & Social Media Handler to join our Ujjain team and drive impactful digital presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities-
Content Creation
Develop engaging written, visual, and video content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter).
Write compelling captions, blogs, website content, and ad copies aligned with the brand voice.
Collaborate with the design team for graphics, creatives, and videos.
Social Media Management
Plan, schedule, and post content consistently across platforms.
Manage and grow social media pages by engaging with audiences, responding to queries, and building brand presence.
Run social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.
Strategy & Analytics
Create monthly content calendars in line with brand goals.
Monitor analytics, track performance (reach, engagement, conversions), and suggest improvements.
Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Skills Required-
Strong writing & communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
Creative thinking with an eye for design and storytelling.
Proficiency in Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator (basic design skills).
Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, YouTube Studio, and trending tools.
Basic knowledge of SEO & hashtags for optimized content reach.
Ability to handle multiple pages and projects simultaneously.

Qualifications-
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, English Literature, Journalism, or related field (preferred).
1–2 years of prior experience in content writing/social media handling (freshers with strong portfolios may apply).
