Academic Content Writer & AI Tools Specialist – Stuwius
Stuwius is hiring a detail-oriented Academic Content Writer & AI Tools Specialist for a full-time, work-from-office role in Noida. We are looking for someone with strong English writing skills, confidence in using ChatGPT and other AI tools, and good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and document formatting.
The selected candidate will support academic and professional document work, including editing, proofreading, formatting, reference management, research support, presentations, Excel files, and client-based documentation. The role requires accuracy, creativity, responsibility, and the ability to understand instructions clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Use ChatGPT and relevant AI tools responsibly for drafting, editing, summarising, improving language, and organising documents.
• Edit and format Word documents, including headings, tables, page numbering, table of contents, references, track changes, and overall layout.
• Assist with academic editing, proofreading, grammar correction, paraphrasing, citation checking, and reference formatting.
• Work on assignments, reports, research documents, presentations, resumes, and other client files while following academic-integrity requirements.
• Prepare and manage Excel sheets, tables, basic formulas, data entry, charts, and file organisation.
• Format citations and references in APA 7, MLA, Harvard, IEEE, and other required styles.
• Coordinate with the internal team, understand client instructions, and complete tasks within deadlines.
Required Skills:
• Excellent written English, grammar, and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of ChatGPT and AI-based productivity tools.
• Good command of MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of document editing, formatting, proofreading, and referencing.
• Basic understanding of academic writing and research documentation.
• High attention to detail, typing speed, time management, and willingness to learn.
Eligibility:
Graduates, final-year students, and freshers with strong English and computer skills can apply. Candidates with experience in content writing, academic editing, document formatting, or AI tools will be preferred.
Work Details:

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on skills and performance.
