Key Responsibilities
Manage daily godown/warehouse operations efficiently
Maintain accurate stock records (inward & outward entries)
Monitor inventory levels and prevent shortages or overstocking
Coordinate with vendors for timely material procurement
Ensure proper storage of raw materials and supplies (especially perishable items)
Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the godown
Supervise loading/unloading activities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports
Coordinate with café/store managers for stock dispatch and requirements
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
Required Skills
Strong inventory and stock management knowledge
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing/inventory software preferred)
Good coordination and communication skills
Attention to detail and accountability
Ability to handle vendor negotiations and purchase follow-ups
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate preferred (Commerce / Management background is a plus)
Prior experience in warehouse/godown/store management
Experience in F&B industry will be an added advantage
Must be disciplined and process-oriented
